A Complete 6-Stage Recovery System

From deployment to full remediation, OilLinx™ operates as a closed-loop system that collects, contains, and processes contaminated material — with oil extraction and recovery capabilities in active development.

1
🚀

Deployment

OilLinx™ material is distributed over the affected area using our deployment unit in positive pressure mode — mobile or skid-mounted.

2
🎣

Recovery

The Challenger switches to vacuum (negative pressure) mode, collecting saturated OilLinx™ product from the spill site efficiently.

3
💧

Drainage

Excess water is safely drained from the collected material and returned to the environment — clean and uncontaminated.

4
🔄

Transfer

Saturated OilLinx™ is transferred to the remediation stage for processing.

5
⚙️

Regeneration

Our proprietary machinery processes saturated OilLinx™ to extract and recover captured oil, regenerating the material for reuse. OilLinx™ can be regenerated 3–4 times depending on the hydrocarbon absorbed.

Cement Kiln Disposal

Once OilLinx™ has reached the end of its reusable life, the saturated material is used as supplemental fuel in cement kilns — completing the closed loop with zero waste to landfill.

Wherever Oil Meets Water or Land

EarthLinx serves industrial, marine, and environmental markets across North America and the Caribbean.

🇨🇦

Western Canada

A significant target sector for EarthLinx — oil sands operations, tailing pond remediation, and pipeline maintenance across Alberta and beyond represent one of the largest and most underserved remediation opportunities in North America.

Caribbean Region

A high-priority growth region for EarthLinx, with Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana — the world's fastest-growing deepwater oil province — at the centre. Nadine Ramkisson is actively developing regional partnerships to bring OilLinx™ to Caribbean offshore and coastal markets.

Offshore Coastal Deepwater
🇺🇸

Texas & Alaska

A key expansion target — oil production facilities, refineries, and cold-climate environmental protection in Alaska are well-suited to OilLinx™'s capabilities.

Global Licensing

OilLinx™ is built to scale globally. EarthLinx's goal is to place licensing and distribution agreements in every major market worldwide — from North America and the Caribbean to Africa, Europe, Asia, and beyond.

Licensing Joint Ventures
🌊

Marine Oil Spills

Rapid coastal and offshore spill response for navies, coast guards, ports, and marine operators.

🏭

Industrial & Refinery

On-site spill containment and cleanup for oil production facilities, refineries, and pipelines.

💧

Water Remediation

Groundwater contamination treatment, lake and river cleanup, and municipal water recovery.

🌱

Land Remediation

Soil contamination from underground tanks, landfill leachate, pesticides, and heavy metals.

🏔️

Tailing Ponds

Oil sands tailing pond remediation — a massive unmet need in Western Canada's energy sector.

Everyday Spills

Body shops, marinas, fire departments, and home use — oil spills at every scale, solved.

Products We Offer

OilLinx™ is fabricated into a family of deployable forms — supplied as finished products ready to deploy, or as bulk material for local assembly. Every form shares the same high-performance reusable core.

Booms
Floating containment & absorption

Booms

Deployed directly on open water to contain and absorb hydrocarbon spills. Ideal for offshore rigs, harbours, and lake or river incidents.

Blankets
Surface & shoreline coverage

Blankets & Pillows

Laid over contaminated surfaces and shorelines to rapidly absorb spilled oil and fuel. Flexible, conforming, and reusable. Pillows are simply smaller blankets — same OilLinx™ material in a compact form for tighter spaces and confined spills.

Barriers
Shallow-water & shoreline control

Barriers

Anchored in shallow water or along shorelines to intercept and contain spreading hydrocarbons before they reach sensitive areas.

Walls
Fixed containment structures

Walls

Free-standing modular walls for fixed containment around storage tanks, loading areas, or industrial sites where permanent spill protection is required.

Real-World Deployments

OilLinx™ has been deployed at industrial scale by independent remediation contractors — not just validated in a lab. The following are confirmed field references.

Brownfield Remediation — Ontario, Canada

Greenwich-Mohawk Brownfield

Brantford, Ontario  ·  2016
100 Tonnes Deployed US$80,000 Order

The Challenge

A 20.6-hectare (51-acre) multi-contaminant brownfield on the former Massey-Harris / Massey-Ferguson / Cockshutt Plow lands — one of the largest brownfield remediations in Ontario history. An estimated 1.8 million litres of LNAPL (free-phase petroleum hydrocarbon) in groundwater required active skimming and odour control under MOECC oversight.

OilLinx™'s Role

OilLinx™ (then OilStic®) was deployed inside containment booms directly in open groundwater excavations to rapidly absorb LNAPL and provide a stable surface for foam odour-suppression treatment. Operations continued through winter. 125,000 litres of free-phase PHC was ultimately recovered.
